After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate confirmation. Shortly afterward, we'll send a private upload link where you can securely share your photos, videos, voice notes, and memories. Once everything is received, we begin crafting your film.

Each family receives a private upload link. Simply drag and drop your files into your secure folder. We accept photos, videos, voice notes, and any other meaningful materials you'd like included.

Our goal is to send your private upload link within minutes during normal business hours, and no later than one business hour after your order is confirmed.

Yes. Your story is handled privately and securely. Only the Echo Stories team members directly involved in creating your film will have access to your materials.

Standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days after your assets are received. Rush delivery options are available — if selected, we aim to deliver a first cut within 48 hours of receiving all required materials, subject to availability.

We'll send a private review link where you can watch your film and share feedback. Once approved, your finished film is delivered via a private download link, yours to keep, share, and revisit.

Files remain available for a limited period after delivery, then may be archived or removed. If long-term archiving becomes available, we'll offer those options separately.
